Pre-order Commitment & Refund Policy

We operate on a community-based drop model. Your purchase contributes to reaching the minimum order quantity required to begin production.Refunds are available only until the drop closes.
You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund any time before the drop closes and production begins (e.g., before August 10).Once production starts, all sales are final.
After the drop closes and we commit to manufacturing, your order becomes non-refundable and cannot be canceled or modified. This is because your product is custom-made as part of a group batch.If the drop does not reach the required minimum by the deadline, all orders will be automatically refunded in full.
